Inspired by a Reasons to Recover workshop

1. To be able to look in the mirror and not hate myself
2. To go out with friends and be anxiety free
3. To feel happy
4. To have a loving relationship
5. To have the confidence to date
6. To realise I am more than my diagnosis's
7. To be there for Esther and Logan, my God Children 
8. To trust my relationships and not have paranoia surrounding them
9. To go back fully to the job I love
10. To be spontaneous without worry.
